The challenge
Kesko aimed to strengthen position of its grocery stores as inspirational and customer centric forerunner.
The solution
Kesko wanted to create a visionary view on consumption of food and grocery stores.
Frankly created a versatile and multi-sourced insight, describing how grocery store experience might look in ten years. Moreover, we facilitated futurecasting workshops for Kesko personnel.

Blog analysis covering six different markets
Interviews of external and internal visionaries
Online co-creation for grocery store managers and representatives
Facilitated workshop for internal experts
Input for creating virtual future grocery store
Recruiting forerunner consumers from K panel, scriptwriting the visit in future grocery store and facilitating consumer visits in virtual future stores
Outcome
The main outcome of the project was inspiring and visual report, describing all project phases in detail. The report included input to create virtual future store, quote highlights from visionaries and experts, future grocery store visit stories of by different consumer profiles, as well as quote highlights from forerunner consumers.
