Hiring: Senior Business Designer

At frankly you get to work in multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, insight specialists, creatives and alike to turn our clients’ businesses and brands customer centric. 

Your role is to dive deep into business perspectives and human behavior to create new opportunities. Projects may vary from crafting value propositions, to identifying new revenue sources, to designing customer centric organizations, and everything in between. In a nutshell, you will be leading complicated client projects and creating clarity in the midst of challenges.

You

• You are a curious explorer and conceptual thinker, who gets excited of digging into cultures and human behavior, existing market and academic research and trends, to reveal relevant perspectives unseen before.

• You think big and see beyond obvious choices and methodologies and are not afraid to make brave suggestions.

• You are comfortable with designing business models and strategies, and to professionally discuss about market research and financial modeling.

• You are passionate about changing businesses and you speak fluent consultancy.

You already have

• Proven experience conducting business design projects. 

• Fluent facilitation and coaching skills and ability to create clarity in complex situations.

• Experience in demanding projects in one or more of the following areas: strategy and business. models, offering and experience, loyalty,  or brand (please specify and detail in your cover letter).

• Previous experience from a consultancy / design agency.

• Fluency in written and verbal English and Finnish.
