Customer Insights Trainee

We’re looking for a Customer Insights Trainee to join our multidisciplinary team of designers, strategists and customer insight professionals to help our clients become customer-centric.

In this role, you dive deep into human behavior and customer research, as well as into business development perspectives and strategic decision making. You will have a supportive role in quantitative and qualitative market research, market analysis, and consultation work.

You are:

  • You are a curious explorer who gets excited about digging into human behavior and data, existing market and academic research and trends, to reveal perspectives relevant for the specific case or problem

  • You have an eye for details and you are precise with documentation and outputs

  • You want to develop your skills continuously, and you are fast in learning

  • You are an analytical thinker and see beyond obvious solutions

  • You are a team player

You have:

  • Orientation/interest towards customer-centricity, customer experience development and solving business problems

  • Good communication skills 

  • Ideally, you already have some understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods, or some experience in data analysis and statistical methods

  • Mandatory requirement: fluency in written and verbal Finnish and English

Optimally, you are soon finishing your degree or have just graduated. This paid trainee period is 5 months long, from August to December. The salary is 1,500 € per month.
