Business Director / Senior Advisor

Your role is to dive deep into business perspectives and human behaviour to create new opportunities for our clients. At Frankly you work with multidisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, insight specialists and alike to turn our clients’ businesses and brands customer centric. Our client projects may vary from crafting value propositions, to identifying new revenue sources, to designing customer centric organizations, and everything in between. In a nutshell, you will be the senior advisor in complicated client projects and creating clarity in the midst of challenges.
In this role you will be devoting your working time between client relationships and sales, client projects and hands-on consulting, as well as having responsibility for appointed frankly’s business area. You will be playing a key role in creating the next growth phase of Frankly.

Enthusiasm for C-level sales and building customer relations are in your dna.
You enjoy the consultation work, you think big and see beyond obvious choices and methodologies and are not afraid to make brave suggestions.
You already have:
Proven track record in demanding consultation projects in one or more of the following areas: strategy, innovation, customer experience, brand, organization design (please specify in your cover letter).
Excellent leadership skills, fluent facilitation and coaching skills and ability to create clarity in complex situations.
Previous experience from a consultancy / design agency.
Fluency in written and verbal English and Finnish, and you shine on stage.
