You work in multidisciplinary teams of designers, strategist and alike to help our clients to become customer-centric. Your role is to dive deep into human behavior and research, as well as into business perspectives. You strive for making an impact on strategic projects of our clients by revealing markets from the human & data perspective.
In this role you will be conducting qualitative research, focusing especially in anthropology in business context. You will be supporting in quantitative market research, market analysis and consultation work.

- You are analytical thinker and precise with documentation and outputs
You already have:
- Proven experience conducting qualitative research in business context
- Proven academic / methodological skills: strong in qualitative research
- Optimally, experience with quantitative analysis and research methods
- Optimally, experience from consultancy, research agency or similar business
- Fluency in written and verbal Finnish and English (mandatory requirement)
- Desire to work in multidisciplinary teams
This is a role for a professional with few or some experience in similar work. We have also another open position (Strategist, Human Sciences) for an experienced professional with minimum of 10 years of high-level and relevant work experience.
